Some of the most recent campaigns I designed and built while working at Photobox Ltd. were Designed in Figma and Photoshop, and produced using the Email CMS, Taxi for Email.
The challenge with these emails was to make the design process as streamlined as possible, as last-minute design and product changes would occur on a daily basis. 
Winter Star Sale & Product promotion emails
With each email campaign, we would have a kickoff meeting with various stakeholders from sales, marketing and brand attending.
Christmas "Last Chance Sale" campaign
The approach was to look at wins and losses from previous campaigns and to see where we could improve on processes and the design feedback loop.
Little Moments Book product campaign
For major campaigns like "Black Friday", we had a lot of input from sales, product and marketing teams. Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales are two of the most significant e-commerce periods for the company. Therefore, we had to get the message right while staying on brand and having the flexibility to allow for changes.

The results of the campaigns were a success with a 20% uplift in online sales and brand recognition. With every campaign, we would hold a wash-up meeting to identify what worked and what didn't. We would then use these findings for future campaigns.
